One of the greatest problems facing parents now and in the future is how to cope with children’s addiction to screen time.
On average those between the age of 5-16 spend around six hours a day on some form of screens.
The movie star Hugh Grant talks here about his frustrations on how to control it, and we couldn’t agree more.

Not only is it an emotionally, physically and financially draining process - it really needs to be done before the age of 35 to maximise the chances of success.
